or the topics or format of the those calls,
or the resources or prompts in the daily feed,
it is much more about the way that we show up for each other,

Monthly Core Events
Monthly Mindset
Towards the beginning of each month we meet for 2-3 hours to connect to foster mindfulness by connecting to the season, reflecting on the last month, and then setting goals and intentions for the month ahead. This event is a mix of presentation, guided journaling, and group discussions, ending with a powerful statement of intentions for the next month :)
Wild Heart Family Event (1 - 2 per month)
Once or twice a month we gather for a Wild Heart family event, where we rotate through different topics and formats depending on what best supports the members that month :) These fun events range from topic teachings with open discussion, to interactive workshops, to social hours.
Monthly Bonus Community Events
Every month we have pop up events led by guest instructors and members of our community. Currently we are offering a gentle yoga flow and a tarot & yoga workshop, each month!
For those who want accountability:
Every Monday we hop on a quick 30 minute zoom call to connect, reflect on the last week, share our goals for the week ahead, and support each other in community.

Ketsia Elizabeth is a diverse and passionate entrepreneur, artist, community leader & designer, engineer, and coach; who specializes in building communities, female empowerment, the sacred feminine, healing from trauma & anxiety, & nature based spirituality.
She is the founder and owner of Wild Heart Haven, which is her passion project and a true reflection of her own personal journey to continue healing, finding joy, and building a life of purpose, abundance, and freedom.
